Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Game Zone AI collects when you use our iPhone and Android apps, the web app at app.gamezonebets.com and the website at gamezonebets.com (together, the “Service”), how we use it and the choices you have. Game Zone AI is operated by Cicada Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). Questions: support@gamezonebets.com.
The short version
- You can use Game Zone AI without an account. An account is optional and only needs an email address, or Sign in with Apple.
- The bets you save, your watchlist and the sportsbooks you pick stay on your device. Our server uses them only to answer a request and doesn’t keep them.
- We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it for advertising, we don’t show ads and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.
- Apple (or Google) handles payments. We never see your card details.
- Questions you ask the Analyst go to OpenAI to write the answer, and TypeSafe checks the answer. You agree to this when you tap “I’m 21+ and I accept” in the app, which accepts our Terms of Use and this policy. We don’t store your questions; these providers may keep what they receive for a time, as described below.
- If you have a screenshot of a bet slip read (one you choose, paste or drop in), only that picture goes to OpenAI, through our server, to read the bet on it. We don’t keep it.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time: Account, then Delete account.
Information we collect
When you use the Service without an account
- What the app keeps on your device. The app remembers that you confirmed you’re 21 or older, which version of our Terms and this policy you accepted, which sport you last looked at, when you last looked at each sport and the last stake you entered, and it keeps what you set up in it: the bets you save in My bets, the sides you add to your watchlist, the bets you checked today, and the sportsbooks and state you choose in My books. These stay on your device, and clearing the app’s data removes them.
- Technical information our server receives. Like any online service, our server receives your IP address and basic request details (such as the time, the page or data requested, and your browser or app version). We use your IP address in memory to limit how often one address can call the Service and, if you aren’t signed in, to count the free Analyst answers, price checks and screenshot reads you use each day. We don’t store it in a database, and our server’s own logs record only the kind of request and its result, not your IP address or what you sent. Our hosting provider keeps its own access logs, which can include IP addresses, for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
- A random purchase identifier. If you aren’t signed in, our subscription provider gives the app on this device a random identifier (it doesn’t contain your name or email). The app sends it to our server with its requests so we can check whether this device has Pro. If you buy Pro without an account, it’s linked to your purchase records, so we protect it like your other personal information.
When you use My bets, the watchlist, My books or Check
To show whether a bet you saved won or lost and whether it beat the closing price, how the sides on your watchlist are priced now, the best prices at your sportsbooks, or what a price or parlay you were offered is worth, the app sends those items to our server with that request: for example the game, the side, the price and stake you entered, and the sportsbooks you chose. Our server uses them only to answer that request. We don’t store them, write them to our logs or add them to your account.
When you create an account
- Email address. We use it to sign you in with a one-time code, and to contact you about your account or subscription.
- Sign in with Apple. If you use it, Apple gives us an identifier for you, the email address you choose to share (which may be a private relay address from Apple), and your name if you choose to share it. When you delete an account made with Sign in with Apple, the app asks Apple to confirm, and we ask Apple to end Game Zone AI’s use of your Apple Account.
- Sign-in records. Our sign-in provider records when you sign in, with the IP address and device or browser details, to keep accounts secure.
When you subscribe to Game Zone Pro
Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store (or Google Play). The store collects your payment details. We never see them. Our subscription provider receives the store’s record of your purchase: which plan you bought, when, its status and renewals, the store’s transaction identifiers, your country and currency, and your account identifier or the device’s random purchase identifier. We use this to confirm your subscription and to unlock Pro on your devices.
We also keep our own short record of each purchase, renewal, cancellation and expiry our subscription provider tells us about: the plan, the dates, the price and currency, your country, the store’s transaction identifiers, your account identifier or the device’s random purchase identifier (and, if you bought before signing in, which account the purchase moved to), and which version of our terms the app showed you. It doesn’t include your name, email or payment details. If you have an account, we use your email to remind you before a yearly plan renews, and once a year about a monthly plan.
When you ask the Analyst a question
We use two AI providers. OpenAI receives your question and the current odds data and writes an answer. TypeSafe receives each sentence of that draft answer with the odds data it relies on, and checks that the sentence matches the data. TypeSafe doesn’t receive your question, but a sentence can repeat something you typed.
You agree to this when you tap “I’m 21+ and I accept” in the app, which accepts our Terms of Use and this policy. Nothing is sent to these providers unless you ask the Analyst a question, so if you’d rather not share your questions with them, don’t use the Analyst; everything else in the app works without it.
We don’t attach your name, email address, account details or location to what we send them, but anything you type in a question can reach them, so please leave out personal details. We don’t keep your questions or the answers after we’ve answered, except that our server keeps a limited number of recent questions and answers in memory, with nothing that identifies who asked, so it can answer repeat questions quickly; they’re gone once newer ones replace them or the server restarts. See “AI providers” below for what the providers keep.
When you check a bet slip
You can paste a bet slip’s text or a tip, or choose, paste or drop in a screenshot of a bet slip, to have Game Zone AI read the bet and check its price.
- Text you paste goes to our server, which reads it to find the bet on the odds we show. It isn’t sent to our AI providers, and we don’t store it.
- A screenshot you choose, paste or drop in goes through our server to OpenAI, which reads the bet on it and returns what the slip says. You agree to this when you tap “I’m 21+ and I accept” in the app, which accepts our Terms of Use and this policy. Only that picture is sent, never your account, your other photos or anything else about you. We don’t store the screenshot or what was read from it, and we don’t write them to our logs. See “AI providers” below for what OpenAI keeps. If you’d rather not share a screenshot, paste the slip’s words as text instead.
- The check itself works like any other check (see “When you use My bets, the watchlist, My books or Check”). The app keeps a list of the bets you checked today on your device, with whether each came from a screenshot or from text you pasted.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep the email and our reply so we can help you and keep a record of the conversation.
What we don’t collect
We don’t collect your precise location, contacts, photos (other than a screenshot you choose to have read, which we don’t keep; see “When you check a bet slip”), advertising identifier or browsing history. We don’t use analytics or advertising tools that track you, and we don’t use advertising cookies. We don’t ask for government IDs, financial account numbers or health information. Please don’t include these or other sensitive details in Analyst questions, bet slip screenshots or support messages; if you do, we’ll handle them as this policy describes.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- provide the Service, including signing you in and unlocking Pro on your devices;
- answer your questions in the Analyst;
- read the bet slips you choose to check, and check their prices;
- understand how Game Zone Pro is doing, such as how many people start a free trial, subscribe, renew or cancel, from our subscription provider’s reports;
- keep the Service secure and working, including limiting abuse and fixing problems;
- respond to you and provide support;
- send the notices the law asks for, such as a reminder before a yearly plan renews and a yearly reminder about a monthly plan, and keep a record of each purchase and the terms you agreed to;
- comply with the law, enforce our Terms and protect our rights and the safety of others.
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t make decisions about you based on automated profiling.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under agreements that limit how they can use it, and as described below. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Sign-in and account data: Supabase stores accounts and handles sign-in, and stores our purchase records (servers in the United States).
- Subscriptions: RevenueCat confirms and manages subscriptions for us. Apple processes App Store payments and provides Sign in with Apple. Where our Android app is available, Google processes Google Play payments.
- Hosting: Render runs our servers in the United States. Cloudflare provides our domain name service.
- Email: Resend sends your sign-in codes, account emails and subscription reminders for us. Zoho hosts our support mailbox (support@gamezonebets.com).
- AI providers: OpenAI writes the Analyst’s answers and reads the bet slip screenshots you choose to have read, and TypeSafe checks the Analyst’s answers. They get what’s described under “When you ask the Analyst a question” and “When you check a bet slip” above, and they handle it under their business terms. If we add or change an AI provider, we’ll update this list first.
- OpenAI doesn’t use this data to train its models. It keeps it in logs used to detect abuse for up to 30 days, or longer where the law requires or where OpenAI needs it to protect its services or other people from harm.
- TypeSafe can’t train its models on this data without our consent, which we haven’t given. It may keep and use the data, including after our contract with it ends, to produce technical logs and statistics about its service (which it may use to improve its products), to detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
- Odds data: our odds data providers receive nothing about you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
How long we keep information
- Account information (your email, sign-in identifiers and sign-in records): until you delete your account. When you delete it in the app, we delete your account at our sign-in provider and your customer record at our subscription provider at that time. Copies can remain in our providers’ backups and security logs until those expire on the providers’ own schedules.
- Purchase records: Apple or Google keep their own records of your purchases under their policies. When you delete your account, your purchase history at our subscription provider is deleted with your customer record. We keep our own purchase records (described in “When you subscribe to Game Zone Pro”), which don’t include your name, email or payment details, for at least three years, or one year after your subscription ends if that’s longer, because automatic renewal laws ask us to keep evidence of what you agreed to. Deleting your account doesn’t delete them; we use them only for that and for accounting, tax and legal needs. We keep the app stores’ sales and payment reports, which don’t include your name or email, for as long as we need them for accounting and tax.
- Server logs: our server’s own logs don’t include your IP address or what you sent. Our hosting provider keeps its logs, which can include IP addresses, for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
- Recent Analyst questions and answers: kept only in our server’s memory, with nothing that identifies who asked, until newer ones replace them or the server restarts.
- Support emails: kept for as long as needed to help you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Bet slips you check (text you paste, or a screenshot you choose, paste or drop in): not kept by us. OpenAI may keep a screenshot in its abuse-monitoring logs, as described under “AI providers”.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account. In the app, open Account, then Delete account. Or email support@gamezonebets.com from the address on your account. If you bought Pro without an account, email us the order ID from your App Store receipt, and we’ll find and delete your customer record at our subscription provider; our own purchase records are kept as described in “How long we keep information”. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription: cancel it in your Apple Account settings (or Google Play) so you aren’t charged again. While a subscription is still active, our subscription provider may keep a record of it, without your email, so your Pro keeps working until it ends.
- Access or correct your information. Email us and we’ll help.
- Sign out at any time in Account.
- AI features. Nothing is sent to our AI providers unless you ask the Analyst a question or have a screenshot read. If you’d rather not share with them, skip those two features (you can paste a slip’s words as text instead of a picture); everything else in the app works without them.
Your state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We don’t sell or share personal information, or use it for targeted advertising or profiling. To make a request, email support@gamezonebets.com. We’ll verify your request by confirming you control the email address on the account; if you don’t have an account, we’ll ask for the order ID from your App Store receipt instead. We’ll respond within the time the law requires. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we’ll explain the outcome. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing, although we don’t do either. We don’t track you across other websites, so our website and web app work the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
California: categories of information. In the last 12 months we collected: identifiers (your name if you share it, email address, account identifier, random purchase identifier, IP address); commercial information (your subscription and purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity (request logs and sign-in records); the content of your Analyst questions and support emails; visual information (a bet slip screenshot you choose to have read, which we don’t keep); and information you send for a single request (the bets, sportsbooks and state you ask us to price, grade or check, and bet slip text you paste), which we use only to answer it and don’t keep. We collected them from you, your device and the app stores, for the purposes in “How we use information”, and disclosed them only to the service providers listed above. We haven’t sold or shared personal information. We don’t use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it under California law.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), keep secret keys on our servers and never in the apps, and limit who can access our systems. No service is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If that happens and the law requires it, we’ll let you know.
Ages
The Service is only for people 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you think someone under 21 has given us information, email support@gamezonebets.com and we’ll delete it.
Where information is processed
Our servers are in the United States, and so are the providers that store your account, subscription and support information for us. Some providers, such as Apple and Google, may also process information in other countries under their own safeguards.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
