Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Cicada Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”) for the Game Zone AI apps for iPhone and Android, the web app at app.gamezonebets.com and the website at gamezonebets.com (together, the “Service”). You accept these Terms when you agree to them in the app or on the website (for example, on the screen where you confirm you’re 21 or older, when you create an account, or when you buy Game Zone Pro), or by using the Service. Our Privacy Policy at gamezonebets.com/privacy explains how we handle your information. If you don’t agree to these Terms, don’t use the Service.

1. What Game Zone AI is

Game Zone AI is an information service about sports betting prices. It shows the prices sportsbooks offer, fair prices we estimate from the prices at sharp markets, the difference between them (the “edge”), each side’s estimated chance to win, and answers from our Analyst about that data. It also lets you keep track of bets you place elsewhere and check a price or parlay you’ve been offered.

Game Zone AI is not a sportsbook. It doesn’t accept, place or settle bets, doesn’t hold money, and doesn’t link to or promote any sportsbook. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by any sportsbook, league, team or player. Team and player names belong to their owners and are used only to identify games and bets.

2. Who can use it

You must be 21 or older to use the Service. Only place bets where sports betting is legal for you. You’re responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you are. The Service is intended for use in the United States.

3. Information, not advice, and no guarantees

• Prices change. Odds can move before you see them, and data from our providers can be late, incomplete or wrong. Every price shows its age, but always check the price at your sportsbook before you bet.
• An edge is an estimate. It compares a sportsbook’s price with a fair price we estimate from other markets’ prices, using data and assumptions that can be wrong. Even when the estimate is right, it describes an average over many bets like it, not the result of any one, and it doesn’t mean you’ll make money on one bet or over many. Past results don’t predict future results. You can lose money on any bet, including one with an edge.
• Chances are estimates too. Each side’s chance to win, the Likeliest to win list and any figures about how similarly priced teams did in the past come from market prices and past games. They describe many games, not the result of any one, and they aren’t a promise that a bet will win.
• The Analyst uses AI. Its answers are written by AI from the same data. It’s built so that the numbers and names in an answer come from our data rather than being typed by the AI, and each sentence is checked against the data it relies on before you see it. Those checks can miss mistakes, and the data itself can be late or wrong, so answers can still be incomplete or wrong.
• Reading a bet slip can go wrong. When you paste a bet slip or a tip, or have a screenshot of one read (by AI), the app shows what it read with the check. Reading can still be wrong or incomplete, so make sure it matches your bet. Only the price you’d really get at your sportsbook counts.
• Not advice. The Service ranks prices, marks some as good prices and shows estimates. That describes how a price compares with our estimates; it isn’t a recommendation that you in particular should place a bet, and nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We don’t know your finances or circumstances. Your betting decisions are yours alone, and so are their results.

4. Accounts

You don’t need an account to use Game Zone AI. If you create one (with an email code or Sign in with Apple), give us an email address you control, keep access to it secure, and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, then Delete account).

5. Game Zone Pro subscriptions

• What Pro includes. Pro unlocks every edge on the board with its full details, fair prices on every line, unlimited price and parlay checks, and Analyst answers and bet slip screenshot reads with no per-person daily cap. AI-written answers draw on one daily AI budget shared by everyone who uses the Service, which resets at midnight UTC (8 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time). If it runs out, or an AI provider is unavailable, the Analyst still answers, with standard answers built from the same data instead of AI-written ones, until it resets. Screenshot reads draw on the same budget; when it runs out, you can paste the slip’s words or pick the bet yourself until it resets. Limits that stop automated or abusive use apply to everyone, including a limit of 6 AI answers or screenshot reads a minute from one internet address. The free version shows the top edge and includes a few price checks, Analyst answers and screenshot reads a day. We may change what each version includes, and we’ll describe the current features in the app. If we remove a main Pro feature during a period you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel and ask Apple or Google for a refund of the unused time.
• Price and billing. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy (in the United States, currently $19.99 a month, or $149.99 a year charged as one payment). Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends. Apple or Google processes all payments under their own terms.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You’re charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free trials. A free trial is for new subscribers only, and eligibility is decided by the app store. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you’re charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends if you buy a subscription.
• Cancelling. Cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). You can also open these from the app’s Account screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. On an iPhone, you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. If the price changes, you’ll be told in advance as required by applicable law and the app store, and where required you’ll be asked to agree before the new price applies.

6. Using the Service fairly

Don’t:

• copy, scrape, collect or resell the Service’s data or content, or use it to build a competing service;
• access the Service with bots or scripts, or get around its limits, paywall or security;
• reverse engineer the apps, except where the law allows it;
• overload or disrupt the Service, or use it for anything illegal;
• try to make the Analyst produce harmful, abusive or unlawful content.

We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other people at risk.

7. Our content and your license

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and data compilations, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, following these Terms and, for the apps, the rules of the app store you got them from. We keep all rights not expressly given to you.

8. Third-party services

Some services you use with ours have their own terms, such as the app store you download the app from and pay through, and any sportsbook you choose to bet with. We’re not responsible for those services. We also rely on providers to run the Service, such as our odds data, AI, hosting, sign-in and subscription providers; we remain responsible for the Service we provide, as these Terms and the law provide.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AREN’T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, WAGERS, WINNINGS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY BET YOU PLACE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THROUGH AN APP STORE, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND $50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR OUR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THE LAW DOESN’T ALLOW TO BE LIMITED. SOME PLACES DON’T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnity

If someone else brings a claim against us because you materially broke these Terms or used the Service unlawfully, you’ll cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim (including reasonable legal fees), to the extent the law allows. This doesn’t cover anything caused by our own actions. We’ll tell you about the claim promptly, and we won’t settle it in a way that makes you pay without your agreement.

12. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access right away if you break these Terms or put the Service or other people at risk. We may also stop offering the Service or Game Zone Pro, or end your access for another reason; if we do, we’ll tell you in advance where we reasonably can, we’ll take the steps the app stores offer to stop future renewals, and you can ask Apple or Google for a refund of paid time you can no longer use. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 16, and our ownership of the Service under section 7, continue to apply after these Terms end.

13. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, please email support@gamezonebets.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days; any deadline for bringing the claim is paused during those 30 days. Any claim that isn’t resolved informally will be brought only in the state courts located in Escambia County, Florida, or the federal court for the district that includes it, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies, or ask a court for urgent relief without waiting 30 days. Nothing in this section takes away a right you have under the law where you live that can’t be waived.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here with its date. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and where the law requires it, we’ll ask you to accept the new Terms. A change applies from the date it takes effect and doesn’t change the rules for a dispute that arose before then. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. Price changes for Game Zone Pro follow section 5.

15. Apple App Store terms

If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement for apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) governs your license to the app itself, and these Terms govern the rest of the Service. If the two conflict about your license to the app, Apple’s agreement controls. These additional terms also apply:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Your license to use the app is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as the App Store’s Usage Rules allow, except that accounts associated with yours through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also use it where those apply.
• We are solely responsible for any maintenance and support for the app specified in these Terms or required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app doesn’t conform to any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses from a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, to the extent these Terms don’t disclaim them.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims about the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
• If anyone claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim.
• You confirm that you’re not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you’re not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to us, not Apple, at support@gamezonebets.com.
• You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

16. General

These Terms, together with Apple’s standard license agreement where section 15 says it applies, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, we don’t waive it. You can’t transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
